Hey Everyone,

I’m putting this blog up to document my journey (and hopefully educate others) to becoming a better & healthier person. I just wish to share my experiences and knowledge with anyone who cares to read. By all means these are all just my views and opinions, based on what I have learned from reading, trainers, friends, colleagues. I don’t claim to be all knowledgeable, I do claim to have a passion and drive for lifting heavy weights and eating as well as I can!
