How strict should my form be?

After a lot of reading and research, I think there’s a compromise between weight used and form used to lift said weight. I’ve noticed that as weight increases, form & ROM inevitably take a backseat as our body adapts to handling the increased workload.

I think that everybody has to strike that fine balance between weight and form. WIthout a breakdown in form, I don’t think anyone would ever progress the amount of weight lifted, a certain amount of ‘body english’ is fine and needed to progress…
