Today was deadlift day, attempting for a new 1RM… Here’s the breakdown of my workout!

Bodyweight 185lb (all weights here on in will be in pounds)

Warm up lat pulldowns:

60 x 20 reps
70 x 15 r
85 x 12 r
100 x 10 r
115 x 8 r

Pullups

BW x 8r
BW+25 x 5r
BW+25 x 5r
BW+45 x 5r – BW x 4r
BW+45 x 5r -BW x 4r

Deadlift

45 x 15
135 x 8
185 x 8
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 3
365 x 1

395 x 1 !! New PR! 2.1 x BW

GHR

8 reps x 3 sets

T-Bar machine

45 x 6
45 x 6
90 x 6

One arm seated cable row [superset] pullups (PU)

80 x 8/arm – 5 PU  x 3 sets

Warm down & stretching
