Today’s AM Metcon/Cardio workout consisted of:
The “Cosgrove Complex”
75lb. With a 6-5-4-3-2-1 rep scheme & 30-45 second rest in between sets
Deadlifts – Romanian Deadlifts – Barbell Row – Power Clean – Front Squat – Push Press – Back Squat – Good Mornings
Followed by a superset of Pushups & Pullups. 5 sets of 15 reps of pushups & 10 reps of pullups.
Total Workout Time: 45 minutes
