Romanian Deadlifts: 45×10 / 45×10

Deadlifts: 95×5 / 135×5 / 185×3 / 225×3 / 275×5 / 285×5 / 285×5 / 225×8

Weighted Chinups: 0x8 / 25×5 / 45×5 / 55×5 / 55×5 / 0x15

Glute Bridge Raise: 95×15 / 95×15 / 95×15 / 95×15 / 95×15

The lower back held up well. I was a bit hesitant with the lower rep, higher weight load, but no dramas. I’ll start increasing the weight each week until further notice!
