One small step

What’s one small thing you can do today that will lead to improvement in your life?

Think of improvement as a series of small steps taken towards a greater good and there’s no better time to take a step forward than today.

  • Stop drinking soda
  • Read 5 minutes every day
  • Walk 10 minutes everyday
  • Watch 30 minutes less TV
  • Try a new food
  • Wake up 30 minutes earlier

Small changes will accumulate into big results down the road. Don’t think about achieving one great thing today, think of completing one small task today and adding to that list every day.
